Bio
Sarah Breese is a comedy writer, performer and producer.

She started her television career in drama as a title sequence designer, working on Y Gwyll / Hinterland and Craith / Hidden, before making the move to comedy full-time in 2016.
As a writer and performer her broadcast credits include performing alongside Sally Phillips in BBC Wales sitcom Tourist Trap (BBC Wales), writing and performing in Welcome Strangers (Radio Wales), Stand-Up From BBC Wales, and appearing in Bravo Two Charlies (RW), Elis James' Cic Lan yr Archif (S4C), and Rhod Gilbert's Stand Up To Shyness (BBC). She has presented documentaries including No County for Young People (R4), Nothing Like A Dame (RW) and 40 Winks (RW). She co-wrote the sitcom Beena and Amrit for BBC Wales, and wrote Llenni for S4C.
She has produced stand-up specials featuring Elis James, Tudur Owen and more, four series of BBC Radio Wales series Welcome Strangers, and sitcom pilots including Jam (S4C) and The Golden Cobra (BBC Wales).
She was named as One to Watch by the Edinburgh TV Festival in 2019.
Based in Cardiff, and a proud Welsh speaker, she is currently developing a number of projects in English & Welsh for Television, Radio and Online.
